Data Analytics

Our data analytics team serves in a number of positions across the organization. Employees can collect, model, and analyze data for sales, business, finance, revenue growth, pricing, etc. Our team uses data to shape decisions and solutions that drive our operations forward. Some data analytics jobs include: Sales Analyst, Business Analyst – Revenue Growth Management, IT Business Analyst, etc.

  • Accept and adapt to change.
  • Comfortable drawing conclusions and offering insights and recommendations on information found.
  • Work collaboratively with departments across the organization.

Our knowledgeable team of drivers are responsible for delivering the products our customers need when and where they need them. They pick up pre-loaded trucks from our warehouses and drive routes pre-determined by our logistics team. We work hard to ensure our drivers are set up with the environment and support they need – like accurate orders, well-maintained trucks and equipment, and a strict compliance to safety regulations. Some driver/delivery team jobs include: Class A Driver, Driver Trainee, Associate Driver, etc.

  • Efficiently deliver the right products to customer accounts, in a professional, safe and timely manner.
  • Effectively maneuver equipment in congested areas with limited space and potential obstacles.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to each customer.

Information Technology

Our information technology team works collaboratively with employees and vendors to ensure our technology aligns with business needs and functions effectively. Highly customer focused, the team analyzes the impact of security programs, enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, etc. to ensure our tools and resources support our overall success. Some IT jobs include: IT Manufacturing Technical Analyst, Technology Solution Architect, Linux Engineer, etc.

  • Work collaboratively with other IT functions, internal teams, and vendors.
  • Help align security with business needs and ensure our technology is properly planned, installed, secured, and maintained.

Technicians

Our mechanics and maintenance team is crucial to maintaining our trucks, trailers, refrigeration units, and other equipment. The team is responsible for troubleshooting and providing preventative maintenance, warranty repair, minor repairs, and more. Some mechanics/maintenance jobs include: Maintenance Mechanic, Fleet Diesel Mechanic A/B, Maintenance Supervisor, etc.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Diagnose and perform repairs and maintenance.
  • Be comfortable with shop activities such as administration, organization, scheduling, monitoring, warranty repair and evaluation, etc.

Merchandisers & Marketing

Our merchandising team has an eye for detail and a knack for organization. Merchandisers work in local stores to keep our products fully stocked on the shelves, build and tear down product displays, and make sure our brands are well represented in the marketplace. Merchandisers travel to stores and work alongside our sales and delivery teams to provide the highest customer service. Some merchandising jobs include: Merchandiser, Lead Merchandiser, Merchandising Supervisor, etc.

  • Maintain products and displays in stores by replenishing, facing, and rotating products and building, changing, and taking down product displays.
  • Clean product space, dispose of defective products, and manage signage.
  • Serve as a professional representative of Reyes Holdings and the brands we represent.

Production

Our production team thrives in a fast-paced environment. They are responsible for producing trusted, quality products efficiently and safely. Our employees are as comfortable working independently as they are working together. Their behind-the-scenes work propels our whole team’s continued success. Some production jobs include: Production Line Laborer, Manufacturing Supervisor, Shipping & Receiving Clerk, etc.

  • Responsible for producing quality products in an efficient and safe manner.
  • Operate production equipment safely.
  • Follow the facility’s food safety and food quality programs to ensure compliance.

Our sales team has an impressive knowledge of the brands we represent and works hard to maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers. They can educate customers on products, assist with order placements, maintain inventory levels, and help drive new and repeat sales. Some sales jobs include: Inside/Field Sales Representative, Sales Consultant, Account Manager, etc.

Warehouse

Our hardworking team of warehouse employees move our products in and out of our warehouses. They ensure our customers receive the products they order. Our employees operate heavy machinery to unload deliveries, rotate stock, build customer orders on pallets, and load our drivers’ trucks for delivery. Some warehouse jobs include: Warehouse Worker, Warehouse Supervisor, Operations Manager, etc.

  • Work independently and collaboratively to unload, sort, and pull products around the warehouse.
  • Accurately build orders for loading onto delivery trucks.
  • Adhere to good warehouse practices and safety standards.
