Pricing and Promotions Analyst Job in ON – Mississauga for Martin Brower | Finance and Accounting
Position Summary:
The Pricing & Promotions Analyst will utilize strong leadership, accounting, analytical & organizational skills to support our Financial Services Team in Mississauga. The Pricing & Promotions Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Pricing Team; which will include managing pricing, reconciling promotional programs, timely & accurate account reconciliations & analysis, various month end tasks, plus other ad-hoc analysis as required, all while ensuring internal controls are always maintained.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Co-ordinate & implement Canadian Pricing for new & existing items
- Investigate & resolve pricing related discrepancies
- Prepare analysis & pricing recommendations as required
- Reconciliation and analysis of promotional programs
- Reconciliation and analysis of financial accounts as assigned
- Weekly & monthly reporting to McDonald’s as required
- Recommend process improvements and efficiencies as applicable
- Manage & coordinate various invoices submitted for processing on behalf of McDonald’s
- Corporate Compliance Insights (CCI) Audit
- Adhoc analysis when applicable
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business or Accounting
- Minimum of 3+ years accounting experience
- Knowledge of JD Edwards One World
- Experience with Fixed Price Model / Business Intelligence tools
- Six Sigma Certification / Experience
- This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
